Every step happens under our roof in Bhosari, so we control the quality of every spring we send out.
Made to your drawing

CNC coiling
Multi-axis CNC coiling machines give accurate springs and the same result on every repeat order.
Heat treated in-house
Springs are stress relieved in our own furnace and preset on a hydraulic press, so they hold their size and load.
Load tested
Every batch is checked on a computerised spring testing machine before it leaves our Bhosari works.
How we work
From drawing to dispatch

Drawing review
Send a drawing, a sample or just the application. We confirm wire, dimensions and load with you.

Wire selection
Wire of the right grade and diameter is selected and checked before production.
- 03
CNC coiling
Springs and wire forms are coiled and formed on CNC machines for repeatable results.
- 04
Stress relieving
Springs are heat treated in our furnace to remove forming stresses.
- 05
Presetting
Where needed, springs are preset on a hydraulic press so they hold their height.

Testing
Load is checked on a computerised tester and dimensions with measuring instruments.

Dispatch
Packed to protect the springs and dispatched from our Bhosari works.
